These terms form a binding agreement between you and Individual Entrepreneur Pavel Yuryevich Krylov (taxpayer number INN 360104857565, state registration number OGRNIP 319366800073612, registered at Office 9, Room 39n, 10 Pushkinskaya Street, Saint Petersburg 191040, Russia) for the use of inst.trackly.one. By creating an account you accept them.
You need an email address and a password. One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping the password safe. We do not verify email addresses, so use one you control.
Trackly shows a feed of client requests with filters by niche, source platform and budget. The free plan gives access to the feed with the link to the original post hidden. The paid plan ("Pro") reveals the contact details and removes limits on applications.
We are an information service. We do not employ you, do not act as your agent, do not guarantee that any request will result in work, and take no part in agreements you reach with clients. We do not guarantee any particular number of requests, response rate or income.
Payment for the services covered by these terms may be made either directly on the conditions set out here, or in instalments through a specialised service, including but not limited to Edsofa.ai.
If you choose to pay in instalments through Edsofa.ai, you undertake to read that service’s instalment conditions yourself, to enter into the agreements it requires and to accept the offers it sets out.
We are not a party to the relationship between you and Edsofa.ai, although we do set the conditions on which instalments are offered. We bear no responsibility for that service’s decision to grant or to refuse instalments.
The obligation to meet your payment commitments to Edsofa.ai rests with you alone, regardless of whether we have delivered the service. A breach of your obligations towards Edsofa.ai does not release you from the obligation to pay for our services.
If Edsofa.ai refuses to grant instalments, you may choose any other method of payment provided for in these terms.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard: the Your plan panel has a Cancel button, it takes one click, and you do not need to write to anyone or explain why. You can also ask us at pravdalife777@gmail.com or @trackly_support. Cancelling stops future charges. Your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account returns to the free plan.
If the Service does not work as described, write to pravdalife777@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that payment in full. We do not refund a period that has already been used, except where the law requires it.
Refunds are made solely in the manner and on the conditions set out in these terms. Where a refund is made in a currency other than the Russian rouble, we make it taking into account both these terms and our agreements with the partners who carry out international payment operations. A refund in a currency other than the Russian rouble may take up to 20 (twenty) calendar days from the day we receive your request and decide to refund it.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will refund any unused paid period if we do.
We aim to keep the Service running continuously but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and network failures happen.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. A Russian-language version of this offer is published at inst.trackly.one/oferta; both versions have the same meaning, and in case of discrepancy the Russian text prevails.
